The food here has been great every time. The service is not always the fastest but if you go in expecting this the experience is great. The restraunt is beautiful and well decorated. I would like to see local brews in there like crooked eye brewery. Overall happy with this place.
Great food, service was fair. We visited on a Thursday evening. They were out of steak fries and one of the sandwiches we ordered. Waited about 40 minutes for our food and our appetizer never came out. Food was good so we may give them another shot!
Just left Bernies very disappointed. We were seated fairly quickly and then proceeded to wait for someone to acknowledge us sitting there waiting with the menus closed. Time went by and I told the woman who seated us. No one showed up after 10 minute wait. Even someone saying "hello I will be with you in a couple of minutes" would have done the trick. Can't address how the food was. We left.
Nice place, has a nice feel to it. Honestly what made the experience amazing was our waitress, Jo. We had a large party of 10+ but she did not once make us feel like a hassle and made the whole thing go smoothly. Before we knew it, our food was to us and she was checking on drinks and stopping to chat and see what the big goodbye party was all about. She was super accommodating and you could tell she really loves her job. Even though we were stuffed, she totally sold us on dessert which was delish. She was hands down the best waitress I've had in my life, and we go out often. So personable and bubbly, it's worth going just to have her wait on you, but the food is good too!
My brother wanted to take me here for a birthday lunch. It looked nice inside with hardly any patrons at the bar and none sitting at the tables. So we sat at the bar and the bartender said hi and Gave us one menue. We stated we didn't have much time we would like to order. Instead he walked away approx 17 min later he came back said hi still didn't take our order but stated there's a Xmas party in the back room. We said again can we order he walked away again this time to patrons who just walked in and sat at the bar taking there order before ours now we've been here almost a half hour without anything. At this time a younger bartender walked over asked Can I by any chance help you I said yes we've been waiting for a drink and to order food so he got us both mad elf but still know one took our food order now it's 45 minutes but now people are sitting down at the tables now and ordering. The older bartender came back over and asked would you like another drink and I stood up and was like are you kidding me we told you we wanted to order almost an our ago and now we have to go. One hell of a birthday lunch right. The bar seemed nice but the bartender was completely lost at least this day he was. Maybe will try again in the future maybe better service maybe the bartender was having a bad day. But he was seriously out of it.
