As first time customers we had a concern with our order but the service we received from Walter to remedy our concerns was so genuine we refer them to all of our friends. The service is outstanding!
Sales woman was excellent. However Once I received the furniture it was damaged in multiple places. Tried to work it out with the manager who was not apologetic in the least. offered nothing for our troubles and when they came to pick up the furniture It is yet to be taken off my credit card a week later. Would never recommend! I did call the store on 2 different occasions to make sure there was no mistake with the cc number was accurate to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I have been paying interest on this for months now. It had a non functioning power recliner and a broken leg on the other recliner of the sectional that the driver asked me if I had a few books I could prop it up on.
