Was told by the doctor I saw that I wasn't taking care of myself..hmmm...I'm a 17 year breast cancer survivor and discovered the lump myself and still go for regular checkups..if that's not taking care of my health..I don't know what is..I should have interviewed the doctor first before letting the examination proceed..and this office was recommended by a close friend..after 3 visits I never went back..am in the health care field..kindness matters!!
Probably the rudest front desk of a medical office I have been too. It always a huge effort to answer any questions from behind the window. The eyes tell you everything. BUT, they are open late and M-F. Several doctors there, so if yours is off, you can see another.
Diane who answers the phone is extremely rude...she needs a new profession because she is failing miserably. I will be changing doctors. They should consider getting more friendly caring people to deal with patients or else they will lose alot of people. Been going there for 19yrs.
Every time you call they ask your symptoms and if you say ANYTHING they feel the hospital can handle better, they tell you to go to the ER. If you by chance make it in, the front desk is rude and ignores you. Everyone seems really unpleasant. Nurses are ok, doctors are better, but just getting in to see a Nurse or a Doctor is a battle. I am transferring, BUT I have to bring my whole family in to sign paperwork. When I had a problem with that Sue, one of the receptionists told me to come in grab the release papers for all family members, take it to my car, sign their names and bring it back in... Some office!
Getting an appointment when you really need one is like pulling teeth and the fact that they are willing to turn you away when you are in need is appalling. I have been coming here for my entire adult life and the quality of service to their patients have fallen sharply in recent years. I believe it may be a time to find another family physician.
