This is an excellent practice with a wonderful group of doctors.
After a recent eye exam with an ophthalmologist, cataaract surgery was recommended, with a menu of expensive options. After a cursory exam with the surgeon, much time was spent regarding options with lasers, "premium" iols, to the point where I left perplexed. A referal sent me to Dr Francis J. Clark. The entire process and exam was extensive, professional, and compassionate. With zero knowledge of my previous recommendation, he clearly stated that surgery was not necesarry at this point, and that the insurance covered procedure was the way to go when the cataract matures years from now. I would endorse this Doctor for any one who is looking for cataract surgery options.
I am a new patient to this office. I saw 1st Dr.Barough, who is truly lovely and intelligent, who referred me to Dr Clark. My right eye was not seeing well after unsuccessful surgery over a year ago by a most rude eye surgeon. First, I found out through Clark I didn't need surgery on my left eye even though it had been scheduled. He was able to rehabilitate my vision in the 1st eye with a lot of effort. Great group of doctors. I hesitate to give a 5 star as the office seems very crowded and front desk people are less than friendly.
I experience with this practice and Dr. Francis Clark through laser cataract surgery was truly a life-changing experience this doctor is a unique combination of terrific bedside manner what is the total dedication to the patient outcome and experience I have never experienced more thorough care in examinations by this practice
